This dress is feminine and flirty, fitted at the waist, equipped with balloon sleeves for a statement and has an elasticated edging at back for extra comfort.  

Flat plastic bones inserted at side seams give a soft structure and ensure the dress stays in place. 

Open at back with tie bands. The skirt part has soft tiers.
